Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Date received is determined by date carrier states item has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

No Frills Hawaii will only issue refunds IF we are at fault. You will be notified when we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Once refund has been issued on our end, please contact your payment provider ex. Credit card issuer for timeline when funds will be available to you.
